Shipping and Return Policy
Our goal is to ship your order on the same day or the next business day after receiving payment. The delivery time for the North Island typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days, while for the South Island, it usually ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number of your shipment.
Please ensure that you provide accurate address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver by the courier, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following instructions :
After shipment, we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase.
Return Period : You have 30 business days from the date of receipt to request a return.
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please send us clear photos of the damage along with an accurate description of the fault or damage. We may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature of the defect. After the assessment is completed, we will inform you of the result. We will replace defective and damaged products free of charge.
Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and undamaged. All accessories and manuals notes must be returned as well. Please ensure you provide us with the correct order number.
Important Notes: Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
